Georgia House - District 43
New Direction is Needed
Hello….I am Dr. Geraldine Wade and I am running in the special election set for September 20th for the Georgia House in District 43 to succeed our former Representative, Bobby Franklin, who passed suddenly on July 26,2011.
I have been a resident of Cobb County for over 25 years and a medical doctor with over 20 years of community practice.I currently specialize in Healthcare Information technology and hold an elected position in this specialty from the National Library of Medicine.
I am an avid hiker and lover of the great outdoors and like to spend my free time at my cabin in North Georgia
As you get to know me, you will understand that I am a fiscally conservative Republican who believes in the constitution and who loves America.
My main areas of concern fall into 4 categories:
- Socialized Medicine/Obamacare
- Illegal Immigration and the current threat of amnesty
- Tax Increases and Class Warfare
- Wasteful Government Spending
Lastly, there is a need for citizens to become more directly involved in the legislative process and be proactive in taking our country back. The time is now, and I am ready and able to take the lead.
